We want you to be completely satisfied with your Adanola pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks and water bottles are non-returnable.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place your items back into their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags remain attached and the garments are free from any marks or scents.

• 3.
  Generate Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
